- Online registration will close one week before the race, or sooner in the case of a sell out.
- Entries fees non-refundable. Transfers will be facilitated until one week before the race – after this, name transfers will not be permitted.
- Race top sizes are based on your response to questions during your registration. We will be accommodate change requests, only if possible.
- Race times in the triathlon and kidathon will be measured using electronic chips. Chips are held on a Velcro strap and placement is critical – wrap the strap securely above your left ankle. It is up to you to ensure that it is firmly in place and placement should be double checked after you remove your wetsuit at the end of the swim.
- Please remove your timing chip immediately after you cross the finish line and hand it to the marshal on duty. You will be held financially responsible for any chips not returned
