The Two Provinces Triathlon Race Team have been working hard behind the scenes to bring another safe and enjoyable race to our scenic village in 2021.
However, after consultations with the community groups, Gardai and local authorities, we feel that we cannot go ahead with Two Provinces 2021.
Our number one priority is the wellbeing and safety of our community, the Gardaí and emergency services, the many volunteers who make the race happen, and of course, all the athletes who enter our race.
We have put a lot of thought into how we could have run a top-class race whilst ensuring the safety of each and every one of you. We concluded this is our only option. It is disappointing, but we are planning to be back in 2022 for another great race.
Anybody who registered for one of our events will receive a full refund from TI. If you have any queries or concerns, please contact racedirector@trilanesboro.com.
